Description
A tall, blunt-shouldered tower rising off a broad plinth — a bold vertical block for the back of a scale cityscape. The render comes through almost entirely as a silhouette, but the massing is clear: a wide, flat base slab supports a tall rectangular tower that tapers very slightly as it climbs, topped by a stepped, lightly crenellated parapet that breaks up the flat roofline. One side edge shows a stack of fine horizontal ridges, reading as rows of windows or floor bands running the full height. The overall character is a mid-century high-rise or industrial tower block rather than an ornate landmark. It's built for architecture modellers, diorama makers and model-railway layouts, where it can stand in as a background high-rise, an office block or an anchor building along a city street. Because the shape is simple and strong, it holds up well even at small N or HO scales where fine detail would otherwise be lost. Print notes • FDM-friendly with its flat faces; stand it on the base plinth for a stable, support-free print. • A coarser layer height is fine for the tower body, but drop to a finer layer if you want the window bands to stay crisp. • Scale to your layout and check the footprint against your baseboard before slicing. • Paint with a concrete or glass-and-steel scheme; a light grey wash will pop the window rows and the stepped parapet.
