Primaris Techmarine

Every Chapter needs someone who understands the machines, and this is the man they send away to learn. Trained apart from his brothers on the forge world of Mars, he returns half artificer and half warrior, answerable to two masters at once and never entirely trusted by either. The archetype is unmistakable: servo-harness, tools, and the mechanical clutter of a soldier whose job is repairing things while being shot at. This is the Primaris-era take on that role, the same duty carried into the newer and larger armour pattern. He fills an HQ slot but does a support job, keeping vehicles running, coaxing dead weapons back into service and handling machine spirits that other marines treat with wary respect. As a single figure he is a natural companion to any armoured element in a collection, and one of the more rewarding Astartes subjects to paint.
