Prince Demon De Nurgle

A daemon prince is what happens when a mortal champion serves long enough, and well enough, that the power he serves stops paying him in victories and starts paying him in a new body. This one answers to the plague god — the entity in grimdark cosmology that presides over decay, disease, and the grim contentment of things that will not die properly. The iconography that goes with it runs to bloated mass rather than clean heroic proportion: swollen bulk carried on limbs that look poorly suited to the job, horn and hide and weight. Where a war-god's champion is all edges and trophies, this archetype is all rot, and it works best when the sculpt plays it for menace instead of comedy.
