Raptor Lord

Raptors are the ones who come down out of the smoke, jump-pack raiders who hit a flank and are away again before the line has finished turning. The lord who leads them is the character at the head of that sort of warband: a commander built for the assault itself rather than for a position behind it, all downward momentum and menace. Five files make this a multi-part kit producing a single HQ-slot model. Characters carry a disproportionate share of a force's identity. They get the conversion work, the base someone actually thought about, and the paint scheme that ends up dictating everything standing behind them, which is why collectors will happily spend an evening on one model and an afternoon on ten. Equally at home as a proxy commander in a game or as a painting project on the shelf afterwards.
