A sleek contemporary high-rise for your miniature skyline. This model captures a modern office tower in clean, blocky massing. It sits on a stepped square plinth and climbs through a band of tightly ridged lower storeys before rising into a taller, smooth shaft. The crown is the interesting part: one face sweeps inward into a curved, concave glazed atrium, while a stack of mechanical plant boxes juts from the opposite side, giving the building an asymmetric, real-world profile rather than a plain shoebox.
