An deco-flavoured tower crowned with a rolling barrel vault. Here the massing is a single slender shaft that tapers very slightly as it rises, its faces gridded with neat rows of recessed rectangular windows separated by fine spandrels. What sets it apart is the summit: instead of a flat cap it wears a pair of rolled, barrel-vaulted ridges, like a great canopy curled over the top of the building. At street level the shaft plants onto a stepped podium block featuring a columned, arched entrance portal with a small fan light above the doors — a proper lobby to greet the miniature crowd. In grey resin-grey styling it evokes a 1920s–30s commercial skyscraper. Drop it into a model-railway township, a wargame downtown, or a display diorama where you want a mid-height building with character rather than a plain box. Print notes • Print upright for the sharpest window rows; the curved barrel-vault cap may need a few light supports under its overhang. • Run the stepped podium as a separate part so the arched entrance stays clean and support-free. • Two to three perimeters over a hollow core keep it light and rigid. • Scales cleanly between N and OO gauge — resize the whole file uniformly to suit your board.
