Description
A miniature high-rise for your city block — a boxy office tower standing proud on its own plaza. This is a clean scale model of a modern commercial skyscraper. The main shaft is a tall rectangular slab with chamfered corners, wrapped in dense regular grids of recessed windows that run floor after floor up two visible facades. A slim cornice caps the roof and a matching band marks the base, where the tower meets a stepped rectangular plaza plinth complete with a small projecting entrance canopy and steps. The greyscale render shows it as a solid single-piece massing model rather than a hollow, room-interior build. It is aimed squarely at model railway layouts, architectural street scenes, N/HO-scale dioramas and tabletop city backdrops, where you need convincing high-rise bulk without hand-building every window. Print notes • Print vertically, base down — the window rows read as horizontal overhangs and stay crisp without supports when the walls are near-vertical. • Fine layer heights pay off: 0.08–0.12 mm keeps the mullions and reveals sharp; resin is excellent for small scales like N gauge. • Hollow the model and add drain/vent holes if you resin-print at size to save material and avoid suction on the plate. • Scale to your layout (N, TT, HO or 6–15 mm wargaming) and, if you want lit windows, print the shell in a translucent filament and drop an LED inside.
