Description
A stark little monument that anchors a scene with sci-fi solemnity. Despite the "statue" name, this model reads as a stylised memorial marker: a faceted, tapering obelisk-like pillar carrying an engraved hexagonal sigil, seated on a stepped plinth in the middle of a square flagstone base. Small hex-headed studs sit at the corners of the base like anchor bolts, and the whole thing is modelled in a clean low-poly style with flat chamfered facets rather than fine detail — the kind of blocky shrine or waystone you would find in a stylised game level or a scale diorama. It works as a centrepiece for a plaza, a spawn-point marker on a gaming board, a fantasy shrine at a crossroads, or a decorative paperweight once painted up as dark granite or blackened metal with a glowing emblem. Print notes • Prints upright straight off the base with no supports; the pillar's facets bridge cleanly. • FDM at 0.2mm captures the low-poly look perfectly — this model does not need resin. • Mask and paint the hex sigil a contrasting colour, or leave a recess for an LED for a lit-shrine effect. • Add a brim if the tall pillar wobbles on a small nozzle setup, then drybrush the facets to emphasise the flat planes. Scale it up as a garden or desk ornament, or shrink it to slot into a tabletop terrain layout.
