Primarchs sit at the very top of the grimdark hierarchy, and this one is the statesman of the bunch — the son who built an empire's institutions and then had to come back and hold them together. The miniature depicts him as a commander rather than a brawler: heavily armoured, upright, carrying himself with the flat authority of someone long used to being obeyed. At the head of a blue-armoured crusade force he is the model everything else gets arranged around, and he does the same job in a display cabinet. There is enough sculpted work across the armour to keep a brush busy for an evening or three, and the proportions suit standard tabletop wargaming ranks.
