This plasma generator is built to sit as an objective marker or scenery filler on any grimdark sci-fi table, and it arrives as seven separate STL parts so you can paint each element before it goes together. The kit breaks down into a chunky main body, a slot-in insert, a central glow tube, a battery-style housing, a top cap and a broad ground plate that anchors the whole thing to your terrain. Because the glow tube prints as its own component, you can swap in translucent filament or resin, or hollow it and drop in a 3mm LED, to give the reactor a convincing lit core. It sits happily alongside Warhammer 40k, Kill Team and Necromunda scenery, and works equally well on generic colony, refinery or post-industrial boards. Print notes • FDM at 0.2mm handles the body cleanly; resin rewards the finer greebles and panel lines. • Print the ground plate flat and the main body upright for the crispest walls. • Only light supports are needed under the overhanging cap and around the tube. • Leave the tube unpainted or tint it for an object-source-lighting glow against weathered metallic panels.
