Description

Stout stone pillars cut in the blunt, rune-block style of a mountain hold. This is a modular terrain set of dwarven columns for tabletop wargaming and dioramas. The preview render is a rough, low-poly proxy — chunky and faceted — but the file list tells the fuller story: a base section, two intact column variants, a battle-broken version, and four pinned extension segments so the pillars can be stacked to whatever height your table needs. The forms are thick and squared, built from heavy blocks with bevelled, bolt-like studs — the solid, load-bearing masonry you would expect holding up the roof of an underground dwarf hall or a deep mine. Use them to dress a cavern board, frame a doorway, mark objective points, or line the avenue of a ruined stronghold. The broken variant doubles as rubble and line-of-sight cover. Print notes: • FDM handles these easily — flat block faces and thick sections mean minimal supports and forgiving tolerances. • The extension segments join via printed pins; test-fit and rescale the pin holes if your printer runs tight. • Print columns upright for clean vertical faces, or on their side (with supports) for stronger layer adhesion under table handling. • Prime grey, sponge-stipple stone tones, then flood a dark wash into the block seams to pop the masonry.
