Wargames Terrain Dynamic Hills Stub Outcropping F

A rugged little rise to break up a flat battlefield. The model is deliberately simple: a smooth, rounded rock mass, wider than it is tall, with a low knuckle of stone breaking the surface near one end. It's a "stub" outcropping from a modular dynamic-hills terrain set, meant to be dropped onto a gaming mat as a patch of raised ground, a lone boulder, or the shoulder of a larger hill you build up from several pieces. Because it's an organic, low-poly form rather than a fine sculpt, it's forgiving to print and easy to texture up with paint and flock into something that suits any table, whether sci-fi, fantasy or historical. Print notes • FDM-friendly: the domed shape self-supports, so print it flat on the bed with no supports. • A generous layer height is fine here; you'll bury any layer lines under primer and terrain paint. • Print several in different sizes and cluster them into natural-looking ridgelines. • Prime grey or brown, dry-brush the raised stone, then add static grass or sand for a finished look.
