1 Katana Shinobu Kamado

A needle-thin nichirin blade with a blossom for a guard. This is a slender anime-style sword: a long, narrow, almost rapier-like blade that tapers to a fine stabbing point, fitted with a distinctive flower- and butterfly-shaped tsuba where the usual round guard would sit. It is modelled on the Insect-Hashira style katana from the Demon Slayer world, built for quick thrusts rather than heavy cuts, and shown here in deep crimson. The petal-shaped guard and whip-thin profile make it instantly recognisable to fans. Built as a cosplay prop or a display piece for a shelf or wall mount, it is a natural companion to a costume build or an anime collection. Print notes • Split the blade into sections along its length to fit the bed, then pin and glue — a joined print is far stronger than one tall, spindly part • Print the blade flat or at a shallow angle to avoid a wobbly vertical orientation; the petal guard prints flat with no supports • A metal or fibreglass rod down the core dramatically stiffens the finished prop — plan a channel before slicing • Finish with a fine sand, a silver drybrush on the edge and a red wash on the guard for that on-screen look For display only — keep the point blunted and check event prop rules before carrying it.
