A quietly minimal piece, this one: a smooth, softly rounded block, longer than it is tall, with a shallow concave cradle scooped across one end and a crisp little channel cut through it. Stripped of any pattern or figure, it reads as a rest or stand, the saddle looking made to cradle a pen, a brush, the edge of a phone or a length of dowel. It's shown here in a deep blue, though it'll take whatever colour you load. Easy and forgiving to print, too: the broad flat underside sits straight on the bed with no supports, and the gentle curves mean no awkward overhangs. Bump the wall count up if you'd like a reassuring bit of heft in the hand, and a fine layer height keeps that scooped cradle silky.
