Muichiro Katana

A featherweight blade for the Mist Hashira's cosplay kit. This is Muichiro Tokito's nichirin katana from Demon Slayer, modelled as a full-length prop that stands on its own. In the render the sword reads as a tall, slender shaft banded with even segments down its length — the ratchet of the wrapped grip flowing straight into the guard — planted upright in a cross-shaped foot. That base is the clever part: two interlocking slotted plates lock together into a T so the finished piece stands to attention on a shelf or convention table without a separate stand. It's built for anime cosplayers and Demon Slayer fans who want a screen-accurate sidearm for a Tokito costume, or a display katana for the collection. Paint it in Muichiro's pale mint-and-white palette and it finishes as a centrepiece rather than a background prop. Print notes: • Split the blade across two or three sections to fit the bed, print flat, then pin and glue the seams for a dead-straight edge. • PLA keeps it light enough to carry all day; drop a 4–6mm carbon or steel rod down the core if you want it rigid for photos. • Sand the join lines, prime, then lay down the mint blade and darker wrap before a satin topcoat. • Print the base plates solid at 30%+ infill so the tower doesn't tip.
