Description

A tangle of armoured hoses feeds a bank of pressurised canisters bolted into a heavy frame. Despite the filename, what the render actually shows is a piece of rugged machinery, not a lamp — so here's an honest account of it. Braided, cable-like hoses sweep down from an angular bracket frame and coil into a cluster of stubby cylindrical canisters or fuel drums at the base. The upper frame is built from blocky clamps and struts with a slim tube or sighting rail running through it, and a short barrel-like cylinder juts out to one side. The overall read is industrial and sci-fi: a fuel rig, engine feed or weapon-support mount rather than anything domestic. It fits best as tabletop terrain, a vehicle or mech greeble, or a back-mounted pack for a 28–32 mm miniature. Print notes: • This is a support-heavy model: the looping hoses and the gap under the frame will need tree or organic supports, printed at low density so they peel off the braid cleanly. • Resin (MSLA) captures the woven hose texture and the small clamp bolts far better than FDM at this scale. • Orient the flat rear of the frame toward the plate to give the hoses a stable path and reduce mid-air spans. • Print the canister cluster and the frame as one piece if your printer allows; otherwise plan a clean cut behind the barrel stub for easier support removal.
