Bleach Lamp

A cylinder of shinigami that comes alive when the lights go down. This tube-form lamp shade wraps a full cast from the Bleach anime around its curved surface as a greyscale lithophane relief: the spiky-haired protagonist front and centre with his sword slung across his back, a crowded second panel of squad members and companions, and a third face split by a vertical seam with a kanji medallion hanging near the base. Thin where the image is bright, thick where it is dark — backlight it and the whole manga scene resolves in soft monochrome. Made for anime fans: a bedside or shelf lamp, a small shrine to the series, or a gift for a Bleach collector. Print notes • Print the shade in vase mode or with 0–2 perimeters in white or natural PLA so light passes evenly; 0.12mm layers sharpen the faces. • No supports on the cylinder wall; keep it upright and lay down a brim for a wobble-free tall print. • Light it with a cool, low-heat LED puck or a USB bulb — avoid hot incandescent bulbs near the PLA. • The two parts (base cup and roof cup) let you seat the electronics; a frosted inner sleeve evens out any hotspots. Best enjoyed in a dim room, where the relief lights up like a page turned to the window.
