Carl

A chunky little spaceman kicked back on one elbow, boots up and a fist raised. Rendered here in flat blue, Carl is a stubby, cartoon-proportioned character caught in a relaxed, reclining pose — leaning back on one arm with the other fist balled and lifted, two big rounded boots thrust toward the viewer. The domed, helmet-like head, the bulky suit and what looks like a pack strapped to the back all read as an astronaut or deep-sea diver, styled with the soft, oversized limbs of a mascot toy rather than a realistic figure. Print notes: • The reclining pose leaves overhangs under the raised arm, the boots and the head — a resin-friendly model, best printed angled with supports on the underside to protect the smooth top surfaces. • On FDM, orient to keep the face and helmet dome support-free and expect to clean supports from beneath the boots. • The single-piece sculpt is forgiving; scale up for a bold shelf-sitter or keep it small as a pocket token. • Prime and paint to bring out the suit panels and straps — a white suit with a tinted visor sells the astronaut look instantly.
