Description

A slender run of balcony cornice — the fine architectural trim that turns a flat wall into a facade. "Corniche balcon" is French for balcony cornice, and the geometry matches: a long, thin moulding strip with a gentle S-curve sweep along its length, a stepped/offset ledge profile, and small flat mounting tabs flaring out at each end. It is a delicate ornamental band designed to be glued along the base of a balcony or beneath a window on a scale building — a decorative ledge rather than any load-bearing part. The render's slim, ribbon-like proportions show just how fine the piece is. It suits architectural model-makers, dolls'-house builders and diorama detailers who want crisp, repeatable exterior trim without carving it by hand. Print notes • This is a thin, wispy part, so bed adhesion is everything: print flat on its widest face, use a brim, and slow the first layer. • Resin is ideal for holding the moulding profile sharp at small scale; on FDM, a 0.4 mm nozzle at 0.12 mm layers and 3 perimeters keeps it from becoming translucent-thin. • Handle gently after printing — the end tabs are the natural glue points and the fragile spots, so bond it to the wall before doing any cleanup sanding. • Print a couple of spares; long trim runs are easy to snap and cheap to reprint.
