The heart of a build, where columns rise to a balustraded gallery. This is the central body section of a larger modular architectural model, supplied as three coordinating parts — the balcony-and-columns tier, the mid-body shell, and an internal staircase. In the render the piece is turned to show its underside: a ring of slender columns fans out beneath a polygonal balcony platform, each pair framed by a shallow arch, giving the section the look of a raised pavilion or the middle storey of a tower. It is aimed at diorama builders and scenery makers assembling a stately structure in stages — a chateau, a folly or a fantasy keep — where the staircase lets figures move between levels and the columned gallery adds vertical interest. Print notes • Print the columned tier the right way up with the balcony as the top surface so the arches bridge cleanly; support only under the arch soffits. • The staircase prints best flat on its side, or upright with a small raft under the first tread. • Rigid PLA or resin both work; resin sharpens the column fluting at smaller scales. • Dry-fit the three parts before gluing — a little sanding on the mating rings gives a seamless stack.
