Description
Stack it tier by tier and a slender octagonal watchtower climbs right off your table. "Corps Tourelle" — turret body — is a modular tower kit that splits into stackable sections rather than one tall, awkward-to-print column. The parts list tells the story: a lower, a middle and an upper octagonal body, an octagonal sub-roof, a run of low junction pieces, and a separate balcony ring. Assembled, they build a gently tapering eight-sided tower you can size to taste by adding or dropping a mid-section. The preview render shows a single smooth body segment on its own, so treat the surface as a clean canvas — here it is the silhouette and the modular joinery that matter, ready for you to add stonework, texture, or paint. It is aimed at tabletop terrain builders, model-railway scenics, and diorama makers who want a tower that genuinely comes apart for storage and transport. Print notes • Print each section standing on its widest face; the octagon gives a stable footprint and keeps the walls support-free. • The balcony ring is the fiddly bit — print it flat and separately, then glue it on once everything is painted. • Because the sections stack, add a light chamfer or 0.1 mm tolerance at the joins so they seat without wedging; test-fit before gluing. • A strong candidate for spray-on stone texture, followed by a grey-to-buff dry-brush to read as weathered masonry.
