Description

A clean cylindrical turret body — the structural core of a scale-model gun mount. The French title translates as "right turret body," and that is exactly what the render shows: a hollow, open-topped cylindrical drum in solid modelling blue, with thick even walls and a small rectangular tab projecting from the lower side wall to key it into the rest of the assembly. There is no surface ornament here; it is a functional hull component — the rotating tub that a barrel, hatch and armour plates bolt onto in a larger vehicle or diorama kit. The geometry is deliberately simple and true, which is what you want from a load-bearing sub-part that has to mate cleanly with its neighbours. It is aimed at scale modellers, wargamers and diorama builders assembling a multi-part turret, or anyone needing a sturdy round housing to build outward from. Print notes: • Print open-end up, standing on the closed base, for the roundest walls and a support-free interior. • A brim helps the narrow footprint stay put; 3–4 perimeters give the walls enough strength to take glued fittings. • Resin captures the flat mating faces and the locating tab most precisely if this joins other fine parts. • Leave the tab unsanded so it seats snugly, and dry-fit before cementing the barrel and top plate.
