Description

A single modular building block with a smooth scooped hollow carved into one end. The render shows a compact rectangular solid, something like a thick brick or coping stone, with one upper corner swept away in a clean concave curve that leaves a rounded trough running into the body. Its French name, roughly "upper crenel," points to what it is: one component from a larger construction set, most likely a battlement, wall-cap or cornice section meant to lock together with matching parts to build up a castle wall, terrain feature or architectural model. On its own it is deliberately plain and geometric, all flat faces and one sculpted radius, so it repeats cleanly along a run. Because it is a kit part rather than a standalone display piece, it is aimed at tabletop-terrain builders, diorama makers and model architects who want to tile several copies together. Print notes • Orient it flat-face down on the bed so the curved scoop faces upward and prints support-free with a clean surface. • A 0.2mm layer height is plenty for terrain; drop finer only if the concave sweep will be seen up close. • Print a couple of test copies first to confirm the mating faces sit flush before committing to a full batch. • Sturdy infill of 15-20% keeps repeated wall segments rigid once assembled and glued.
