Deadspace Marker Lamp

The Marker is the great alien monolith of the Dead Space games: twin spires twisting around one another into a single spined obelisk, its surfaces crawling with carved glyphs that nobody in the story should ever have read. Rebuilt as a lamp, that silhouette does the work on its own, a tall ribbed shape with an open channel running between the two arms. This belongs on a desk, a bookshelf or a games-room sideboard, somewhere near the controller rather than out in a hallway. Made up as a multi-part kit, it is a project piece rather than an evening's quick print. It is aimed squarely at fans who want something from the series that earns its keep as an actual light instead of another shelf ornament. Pick out the glyphwork with a brush or leave it plain, and the geometry still reads as unmistakably Marker.
