Description
A smooth, saddle-curved slab — quietly useful as a base or capping piece. Setting the display label aside, what the render actually shows is a simple rectangular block with a gently concave (dished) top surface and thick, rounded lips rolling over the front and back edges, with a small locating tab underneath. It is the kind of clean, low-detail component that works as a display plinth, a coping or sill cap on a model wall, a curved terrain tile, or a stackable base in a modular building kit. Because it carries no fussy ornament, it is easy to print, easy to paint and easy to repurpose — stone, concrete, painted timber or a simple gloss colour all suit it. Line several up for a run of capping, or use one on its own beneath a bust or miniature. Print notes • Print top-face up on the flat underside; the concave surface prints cleanly with no supports. • FDM handles this well — the broad curved top is a good candidate for a smooth top layer at fine resolution. • Sand or fillet the rolled edges lightly if you want an even softer, cast-stone look. • Scale freely: stretch it longer for coping runs or thicken it for a heavier display base.
