Fox Lamp

Sat on a bedside table or a shelf in a child's room, this one reads as a fox first and a light second: the long muzzle, the pricked triangular ears and the heavy brush of a tail that make a fox read as a fox at a glance. Switched off it is just an ornament with a bit of personality, which is more than most task lighting manages, and it sits happily among books and clutter rather than demanding a clear surface. A single-file model, and a good candidate for a first decorative print. The obvious homes are a nursery, a landing that needs a low light overnight, or a desk corner where a full lamp would be too much.
