Leaf Inner Part Lamp

Botanical lighting works best when the plant form is doing structural work rather than sitting on the surface as decoration, and that is the thinking here. A leaf is taken apart into its midrib and vein network, those veins become the ribs of the lamp, and the gaps between them are left open so the whole form resolves into a lattice. This is the inner element of that design — the core the outer shell is built around — sculpted as a single piece. Standing alone it reads as a sculptural stem-and-vein study; as part of the complete lamp it does the quieter job of shaping what escapes through the leaf. It belongs wherever a room needs a low, ambient light rather than a working one: a bedside table, a hallway console, a shelf in a reading corner.
