Blue bandana streaming, twin blades up — the turtle team's leader caught mid-fight. This fan-art figure is instantly recognisable as Leonardo of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: a stocky, muscular turtle in a dynamic combat stance, one katana thrust high overhead and the second held ready across the body. The carapace and plastron are sculpted with segmented plates, a knotted belt cinches the waist, and the mask tails flick out behind the head while pads wrap the knees and elbows. Print notes: • Resin (MSLA) is the sweet spot for the sharp beak, eyes and slim blade edges; FDM works at larger scale with a fine nozzle. • Support the raised sword arm, the underside of the chin and the blade tips generously — those are the failure points. • If the katanas worry you, print them separately and pin them into the hands after cleanup. • The rocky base is pre-modelled, so no extra plinth is needed; hollow the torso and add a drain hole to save resin. • Around 100–150 mm tall keeps the detail readable without swallowing material.
