The proportions are pure chibi: an oversized bald head, big flat eyes and a tiny determined mouth over a compact body in his zip-front hero suit, belt, gloves and a cape flaring out behind. The face wears his trademark unbothered expression, which is half the joke. It's a clean, smooth-surfaced sculpt made to be primed and painted in his yellow-and-red palette.
