Description
The 1992 sewer-dwelling gentleman-villain, shrunk into a big-headed chibi. This stylised figure caricatures the Batman Returns Penguin with real affection: an oversized bald dome crowned by a stumpy tall top hat tilted at a jaunty angle, a round monocle set into one eye, tufts of stringy hair sprouting at the temples, and a scruffy fur-collared coat. One little hand grips a furled umbrella — his trademark — planted like a walking cane. The proportions are pure vinyl-toy: giant head, stubby body, all the menace melted down into charm. It is a display piece for a Bat-fan's shelf, a desk mascot beside the keyboard, or a painting project for collectors who like their villains in miniature. Print notes • Comes as a body plus a separate base, so it stands solid — print the base flat and dowel the figure to it for extra grip. • Resin is the sweet spot for the monocle rim, hat brim and fur texture; slice at 0.03–0.05 mm. • On FDM, orient the hat vertically and add light supports under the umbrella and hat brim. • Prime grey, then it takes a black-coat / pale-skin scheme with almost no masking.
