Rocket Funko

A pint-sized raccoon hero with an oversized head and the widest grin on the shelf. This figure is sculpted in the instantly recognisable big-head, tiny-body "pop vinyl" idiom. The subject is a plucky anthropomorphic raccoon: enormous rounded skull, two swept-back triangular ears, and a face frozen mid-smirk with tightly squinted eyes and a little rounded snout. Fine incised lines fan out across the cheeks and brow to suggest whiskers and fur, giving the smooth surfaces just enough texture to catch the light. Below the huge head sits a compact, sturdy body in a snug jumpsuit, arms flung out in a cocky little shrug and blocky boots planted wide. It is a display piece first and foremost, aimed at collectors of stylised sci-fi and comic characters. It looks right at home on a desk, a shelf edge, or lined up in a squad of similar chibi figures. Print notes • Resin (SLA/MSLA) is the sweet spot here: the whisker etching and squinted eyes need the fine detail resin resolves best. • Print the body and head as oriented, tilted slightly back, with light supports under the outstretched arms and chin overhang. • Around 90-120 mm tall keeps the face sharp; scale down only if your printer holds crisp small features. • Sand the large cheek and cranium surfaces before priming, then a matte base coat makes the fur lines pop.
