Print notes • Resin is the sweet spot here — the smooth curved surfaces and fine hair edges resolve far better than on an FDM nozzle. • Print the head hollow with a drain hole to save material and speed curing. • Keep the parts separated on the plate, supported from the back and underside, so seam lines stay hidden once assembled. • A little sanding at the neck and shoulder joints gives a seamless press-fit before priming.
