Print notes: • If you need it to grip or seal, print in TPU or another flexible filament so it flexes into the hole and stays put; for a rigid spacer, PLA or PETG is fine. • It sits flat on the bed and needs no supports — lay the flange face down for the cleanest visible surface. • Scale it in the slicer to suit your hole: match the groove diameter to your panel thickness and the bore to whatever passes through. • A couple of extra perimeters give the walls enough body to survive being pushed into a tight opening.
