Straight off the Grid, the unmistakable silhouette of a Tron-style lightcycle frozen mid-glide. This model nails the look of the neon light-runner: a low-slung, aerodynamic two-wheeler with fully enclosed hubless wheels, a long teardrop tank that sweeps back into an extended rear fairing, and those signature swept-forward steering vanes reaching out from the cockpit. The bodywork is all smooth, seamless curves, broken only by fine recessed panel lines that trace where the glowing light-ribbons run on screen, which makes them perfect channels to pick out in a luminous accent colour. It is built to be shown off: a desk centrepiece for sci-fi fans, a shelf collectible, or a lighting project waiting to happen. Paint it with a dark body and cyan or orange edge lines, or print it in translucent filament over an LED to make the whole shell glow. Print notes • The hubless wheels and the gap beneath the chassis are the tricky parts; add supports under the front cowl, the steering vanes and the inner wheel arches. • Resin/SLA gives the crispest panel lines and glassy curves at small display scale; FDM handles larger prints well at a fine layer height. • Consider printing the slim steering vanes separately, or thickening them slightly, so they survive support removal. • Run a bright accent into the recessed grooves, or use glow filament, to bring out the light-ribbon effect.
