Description
A solid little foundation block with a soft, river-worn ridge across its top. Rendered in flat blue, this reads as a raised terrace or groundwork slab: two chunky rectangular masses set at slightly different heights and bridged by a low saddle where the surface dips then swells like a gentle rise of ground. A small squared notch at one end works as a registration key, letting the piece butt cleanly against a neighbouring wall panel or platform. This is scenery, not a character — a base for a diorama, a plinth beneath a larger model, or the terrace layer of a scratch-built house. Drop a figure, a section of wall or a scatter of foliage on top and you have a believable stepped ground level to build a scene around. It pairs naturally with the other French-named building parts in this range. Print notes • Lay the largest flat face on the bed; the whole form is self-supporting with zero supports. • 10–15% infill is plenty — this is a structural block, not a detail piece. • Bump layer height to 0.24–0.28 mm for a fast draft print; nobody studies a base up close. • Sand the top ridge lightly and it takes textured paint, flock or model grass beautifully.
