Tour Partie Basse

The lower storey of a tower, rising straight off the print bed. This is *Tour Partie Basse* — French for "tower, lower part" — a hollow cylindrical shell designed to sit at the foot of a taller, stacked build. The top rim is left fully open so the next module drops neatly on top, while the lower half sweeps away into a tall arched cut-out, as though a doorway or window has been carved clean through the wall. A slim raised silhouette curls across that opening, giving the otherwise plain drum a bit of quiet character. Shown here in glossy blue, it reads as a piece of a fantasy keep, the base of a lighthouse, or a display plinth waiting for whatever you set above it. It is aimed at terrain builders, diorama makers and anyone assembling a modular tower to use as a shelf centrepiece or a candle surround. Print notes: • Stand it upright on the flat base so the cylindrical walls stay smooth and the seam runs vertically. • The arched overhang at the front wants light supports or a bridging tweak; everything above it prints cleanly. • Thin, even walls make this a strong candidate for vase / spiralise mode if you want a fast, single-shell print. • Scale it to match your other tower sections before slicing so the stacking rims line up perfectly.
