Prancing Horse On Treasure Base

A spirited horse rears above a mound of scrolling treasure. This ornate relief shows a prancing horse — head thrown up, forelegs lifted, tail streaming — draped with a tasselled saddle cloth and planted on a swirling base studded with round coins, a large ornamental lock/ingot motif, and curling cloud-scroll (ruyi) forms.
