Frontier Warrior Bust Wall Plaque

A stern frontier warrior, carved in deep relief. This CNC panel captures a bust study: a weathered face crowned with leaves, a ruffled collar at the throat, and a full quiver of arrows slung across one shoulder. Below, layered pouches, a powder horn and clustered foliage build a rich, tactile foreground that catches raking light beautifully. It's meant as a decorative wall plaque rather than a functional tray, whatever the listing tags suggest. Machine it into a close-grained hardwood such as maple, cherry or lime for the cleanest fine detail: rough the shape with a larger bit, then work the faces and undercuts with a tapered ball-nose. A little hand-sanding around the eyes and hair, followed by an oil or wax, will make all that depth really sing.
