Description

A storybook princess pausing mid-curtsey, sweeping her skirts wide. This is a full-figure statuette of a young woman in a grand off-the-shoulder ball gown. Her hair is swept up off a delicate face, a short capelet frames her bare shoulders, and long gloves run to the elbow. The showpiece is the skirt: a fitted bodice blooming into an enormous draped ballgown, gathered into soft swagged panels and pooling fabric that she lifts gently to either side. The style is clean and animated — a fairy-tale heroine rather than a realistic portrait. It makes a lovely display figurine, a cake-topper master, or a paint-and-gift piece for anyone who loves princess and fairy-tale themes; scale it down for a dollhouse or up for a shelf statue. Print notes: • Resin is the sweet spot for the face and the fine folds of the gown; print upright or gently tilted with supports under the chin, arms and the overhanging skirt swags. • The wide hem gives a stable footprint, so the base rarely needs a raft. • On FDM, use 0.12mm layers and plan supports for the gathered fabric pockets beneath the skirt. • Because the dress is one broad, smooth mass it takes primer and paint evenly — ideal for a pearlised or two-tone gown finish.
