Description

A regal heraldic crest carved in deep relief, crowned twice and draped in a tasselled robe of estate. This is a richly detailed royal coat of arms. A grand crown sits at the very top, and beneath it a mantle — the ermine-lined robe of estate — falls in heavy folds, gathered with cords and hanging tassels to either side. At the heart of the composition a second, smaller crown floats above a double-headed eagle with spread wings, its talons among fleurs-de-lis, bearing on its breast a shield charged with a cross and four firesteels: the arms of Serbia. Every surface is worked — feathered wings, braided cord, diapered background — for a plaque that catches raking light dramatically. It's made to be shown: a wall panel, a heritage or patriotic display, a headboard or over-door centrepiece for anyone with a connection to the emblem. Make notes • This is a high, undercut relief — on CNC, rough it out then run a fine ball-nose finishing pass with a small stepover to resolve the tassels and feathering. • For 3D printing, lay it flat on its back; supports are minimal when the relief carves up from a solid panel. • Fine detail favours a small nozzle or resin; expect to clean the deepest recesses by hand. • Finish with stain, dark wax in the crevices, or a bronze/antique patina to make the relief pop.
