Double-Headed Eagle Military Crest

A crowned double-headed eagle spreads its wings above an open book and crossed arms. This is a dense heraldic crest carved in high relief. An imperial double-headed eagle, crown aloft, presides at the top and clutches a small central shield; below it an open, scrolled manuscript unfurls, overlaid with crossed weapons — a spear, a sword, an arrow — and a tall upright emblem set inside an oval band.
