Soviet Pioneer Lenin Flame Emblem

A Cold-War-era badge blown up into a deep carved wall plaque. The relief recreates the Soviet Young Pioneer emblem: a youthful profile of Lenin facing left, set inside a five-pointed star whose surface is filled with fine radiating sun-ray lines. Three curling tongues of flame rise from behind the head, and a ribbon banner sweeps across the base carrying the Cyrillic slogan 'ВСЕГДА ГОТОВ!' — 'Always Ready'. The carving is confident and high, with the face and flames standing well proud of the rayed field so the shadows do the dramatic work.
