Surgut City Coat-of-Arms Plaque

A city crest under an imperial crown, ringed in oak. This is a full municipal coat of arms carved in relief. A ribbon reading СУРГУТ names the Siberian city, and above it sits an ornate imperial crown, domed and beaded with a small cross finial. The shield below splits into two fields: the upper carries a device of upright rods and barrels behind a triangular frame; the lower shows a fox stepping across tufted ground. Two full branches of oak leaves, laced with a flowing ribbon, sweep up either side to frame the whole. It is a dense, detailed heraldic plaque.
