Soviet NKVD Sword Emblem Plaque

A deep bas-relief oval badge reproducing the historic Soviet NKVD emblem: a downward-pointing dagger runs the full height, crossed at its centre by a raised hammer-and-sickle, with radiating sunburst lines behind, a ribbon banner beneath bearing the Cyrillic letters "НКВД", and scrolled flame flourishes to either side, all set on a finely ribbed oval ground. It's a detailed carving model aimed at militaria and Soviet-history collectors and prop makers.
