Crossed Rifles Marksman Medallion

A military-style medallion built around a bold star and a pair of crossed scoped rifles. The relief is a round, bordered disc with a moulded bail loop at the top for hanging. Filling the centre is a sharp five-pointed star in high relief, and laid across it are two long bolt-action rifles fitted with telescopic sights, crossed in an X. The rendered bronze finish emphasises the raised barrels, scopes and star facets against the recessed circular field. It is styled as a marksman/sharpshooter keepsake or pendant-badge — the kind of emblem used for shooting-club décor, a wall token or a hanging charm. Because of the realistic firearm subject it is being flagged for review. Print notes: • The crossed barrels and scope tubes are the fragile, overhanging elements — cutting or printing the disc face-up keeps them supported by the star and background beneath. • For CNC, use a fine tapered ball-nose to pick out the scope rings and the star's crisp facet lines; rough the round recess first. • For resin or FDM, orient the flat back to the bed, print face-up with fine layers, and keep the bail solid so the hanging loop won't split. • Finish with a metallic wax or paint, then wipe the high points back to bronze/steel for a struck-medal look.
