Wreathed Peace Emblem Roundel

A circular medallion that layers symbolism inside a living frame. The outer ring is a raised floral wreath — paired leaves and rounded buds looping continuously around the rim like a laurel garland, with little accent buds marking the compass points. Set within the open centre is a composite emblem: a classic peace sign nestled inside a double ring, flanked left and right by two fanned, ray-like wing motifs, and topped by an upright rune-like arrow with a hooked upper arm, its long stem dropping down through the design to the base. The effect is spiritual and boho rather than heraldic — a piece that suits a meditation corner, a festival or garden wall, a yoga studio, or any doorway where you'd hang a welcoming, peaceful token. The pierced negative spaces let it read as openwork against the wall behind it. Cut / print notes • Because the interior is openwork, print it flat on the back face — the relief needs no supports, and the voids drop cleanly. • On the CNC you can either pierce all the way through for a true fretwork disc, or carve it as a relief on a solid backing panel for a shadowed effect. • Keep bridging in mind where the thin emblem struts meet the wreath; a slightly thicker web there adds strength. • Finish natural with an oil, or paint the wreath and emblem in contrasting tones; scales nicely from a 200 mm hanger up to a large wall feature.
