Description

A tribute bust to the voice of a generation. CH 080 is a portrait bust of a long-haired man in an open-collar shirt, his chin lifted in a calm, resolute gaze. Beneath him, blocky raised Cyrillic letters spell ПЕРЕМЕН!, meaning 'Changes!', the rallying cry associated with Viktor Tsoi and the band Kino. The sculpt captures the swept fringe and layered hair, the strong jaw and the wide shirt collar, mounted on a stepped rectangular plinth that carries the lettering as part of the base. This is a display and fan-tribute piece, a shelf or desk monument for anyone who loves late-Soviet rock, and equally a striking sculptural print for portrait and bust collectors. Print notes • Resin gives the best result on the face; if running FDM, use a 0.08 to 0.12 mm layer height so the eyes, lips and hair strands do not blur. • Print upright on the plinth. The chin and collar are mild overhangs, so a few supports under the jaw and collar tips are enough, and the face itself can stay support-free. • The Cyrillic letters are crisp raised geometry; a light contrast paint, or a dark wash over a pale print, makes ПЕРЕМЕН! pop against the base. • Hollow the torso and add drain holes if resin-printing at scale to save material on the solid mass.
