Mushroom-Hat Forest Wizard Plaque

A forest wizard whose hat has been overrun by the woodland. This relief is all character: a wise, deep-browed old face peers out from beneath a floppy, wide-brimmed hat that has sprouted a whole miniature meadow — clusters of toadstools, daisies, tufts of grass and seed-heads crowd the crown and spill over the drooping brim. Below the face, a curling moustache splits left and right into hooked tips, and a long rippling beard cascades down in wavy strands that end in little spiralling curls. It is somewhere between Gandalf, a green-man, and a mushroom spirit.
