Noblewoman In Kokoshnik Figurine

A poised noblewoman from a bygone court. This is a standing female figurine, not a CNC panel — and she's beautifully composed. She wears a full-length gown that falls in deep vertical folds to a flared hem, topped by a wide cape-collar draped over the shoulders and knotted at the front. Crowning her is a tall, arched headdress reminiscent of a Russian kokoshnik or a medieval hennin, framing a calm, serene face. One hand rests within a cylindrical hand-muff at her waist while the other falls gracefully at her side. She's a lovely display sculpture for collectors of historical and folk-costume figures, and doubles nicely as a decorative statuette, a chess-set queen, or a character piece for a period diorama. The clean drapery and dignified pose give her real shelf presence. Print notes • Resin gives the sharpest result on the face, collar folds and headdress; FDM works well at 100mm+ with fine layers. • Print upright; the flared skirt gives a stable base, but add light supports under the outstretched hand and the collar's underside. • She's largely self-supporting through the body — focus supports on the overhangs rather than the gown. • Finish in matte white for a porcelain-statue look, or paint the gown, collar and headdress for a folk-costume display. Check her height against any set she'll join (chess pieces or diorama figures) before scaling so she stands in proportion.
