A bouquet caught in wood — one full rose surrounded by open blooms. This horizontal floral spray centres on a rose in full bloom, its spiralling petals wrapping tightly around a domed core. Flanking it are two wide five-petalled daisies with raised button centres, a smaller daisy tucked below, and a spread of broad, softly curling leaves and stray petals that knit the whole cluster into a gentle oval. The modelling is naturalistic and rounded rather than sharp, so it catches light like a real sculpted garland. It suits anywhere a decorative crest belongs: the top rail of a bed headboard, a cabinet or wardrobe door, a mantel or mirror centre, a drawer front, or a plain furniture panel that needs a focal flourish.
